Agenda: Reading previous minutes of the Meeting

Agenda: Reading previous minutes of the Meeting

REPLY. No legal precept requires that it be mandatory to include in the Agenda of a Meeting of Owners the point: "Reading of previous minutes", so that unless an owner has requested it, it does not have to be done.

All this without prejudice to the fact that it may be convenient in order to remember what was discussed in the previous Meeting, which is why it is usually common practice.
